Promotion Terms and Conditions
The “#IMOUSStoreRex3DRelease” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Hangzhou Huacheng Network Technology Co., Ltd, a company whose head office is at 13th Floor, Building 3, No. 1399, Binxing Road, Changhe Street , Binjiang District, Hangzhou, China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone (“Imou” or “Organizer” or “We”). Promotion runs from May 31, 2023 through June 7, 2023 (CST) (“Period”).
1. How to participate
1.1 To participate in the IMOU Protect free offer, please purchase Rex 3D and make payment. After purchasing Rex 3D and completing the payment process, the license key for IMOU Protect will be emailed to you within one business day. Please ensure you have provided the correct email address when placing your order.
1.2 The offer is only valid for Rex 3D.
1.3 For the purchase of 1 piece of Rex 3D, you get 6 months of Basic IMOU Protect, and for the purchase of 2 pieces of Rex 3D, you get 6 months of Plus IMOU Protect. Each order can benefit from a maximum of 6 months of Plus IMOU Protect.
1.4 If you want to benefit from Plus IMOU Protect, please be sure to purchase two items in one order instead of splitting them into two separate orders.
1.5 If you want to return the main product (Rex 3D), the license key for IMOU Protect must also be returned. If the license key has already been activated, the product payment will be deducted based on the store price list. 2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in this promotion, you must be 18 years of age.
2.2. To participate in this promotion, you must authorize us to use your account and account name for the purposes set out in these terms and conditions. If you do not consent to us using your account and account name, you will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
2.3. The following people are not allowed to participate:
2.3.1. our employees or collaborators, or the employees or collaborators of any company in our group;
2.3.2. employees or associates of any organization involved in the operation or administration of this promotion, including prize providers and advertising agencies;
2.3.3. their immediate family members.
2.4. Entries will be void if they:
2.4.1. do not comply with these terms and conditions;
2.4.2. are incomplete or illegible; Or
2.4.3. are considered by the organizer as an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the result of this promotion.
2.5. Our decision as to an entrant's eligibility (or participation) in this promotion is final and we are not obligated to provide reasons for disqualification.
- Advertising and Use of Personal Information
3.1. You accept and consent to Imou using the personal information provided by the participant as part of his participation in the promotion. Personal information will only be processed and used by Imou for lawful purposes directly related to the organization of this promotion, including, but not limited to, for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matter aimed at facilitating the management and organization of the promotion. - Our responsibility
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event shall Imou, its affiliates, agents or principals be liable for any lost, damaged or incomplete entry into the Promotion, bodily injury, or any incidental damages , special, indirect, or consequential whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, corruption or loss of data, failure to transmit or receive data, business interruption, or any other commercial damage or loss, related to your participation in the Promotion. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or extension of the limitation of liability for personal injury or incidental or consequential damages; so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Imou's total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of money we have spent on this Promotion. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not be legally liable to entrants or winners for any loss which was not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entering this Promotion or which is caused by any third party.

5.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Chinese courts.
- Promotion Interpretation
Imou reserves all rights of interpretation of this event. Imou also reserves the right to cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent the continuation of the Promotion.
